A fully qualified senior HR professional; Rebecca moved into HR in 2006 after successful web and retail project management careers.  She completed her HR qualifications at the University of Portsmouth in 2009. Starting in recruitment, she quickly moved up through advisory roles and management to become Director of HR at West Dean College in West Sussex in 2012.

With over 17 years' combined people management, project management and HR management experience across new media, IT, charitable sector and retail, Rebecca brings a wealth of strategic and operational knowledge and experience to your business.
